(1) Privacy policy
Japan Deaf Evangel Mission （hereinafter called "J-DEM") complies with the Act
on the protection of Personal Information (Law No.57, May 30, 2003) and strives to manage
appropriately the personal information we obtain from our customers and supporters.

(2) Personal information
Personal information is the information such as a name, address, fax number, email address,
church name, etc. that can identify the individual.

(3) Purposes of personal information
J-DEM uses the obtained personal information for the purposes listed below and
no other matters.
1. To receive orders and send out products.
2. To send out newsletters and mails.
3. To answer inquiries

(4) Provision of personal information
J-DEM protects the obtained personal information properly, and does not
provide it to third parties without the first person's permission except as provided in the Act
on the protection of personal information, and other laws and regulations.

(5) Disclosure, correction and discontinuation of use
When the first person, in the ground of the Act of the protection of Personal information and
other laws and regulations, requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, discontinuation
of use, termination of provision to third parties, notification of the purpose of use of his or
her personal information, J-DEM reviews the validity of his or her right to do so
and responds to the request accordingly.

(6) Security management of personal information
J-DEM pays ultimate attention to the safety of personal information and its
information system.

(7) Revision of Privacy policy
J-DEM may revise all or a part of the privacy policy in the future.
When an important revision is made, it will be announced on the website.
